sellingmysacramentorental.com is the website of Justin Vierra, a real estate agent with the Vierra Group at GUIDE Real Estate, 3001 I St, Suite 200, Sacramento, CA 95816 (DRE #01880488). In this policy, "we" means Justin Vierra.

What we collect
What you type into a form
The form asks what you would like help with, a price range (or what you think your home is worth), where you are looking or where your home is, your name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and your timing. We also record that you ticked the consent box, and when.
Where the form was sent from
With your message we keep the page you sent it from, which form you used, and how you reached the site: the first page you landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source). Your browser holds this in session storage until you send a form, and it is cleared when you close the tab.
Technical data
Our host, Vercel, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site. To stop form spam, we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for about two hours. It cannot be turned back into your address.
What we do not collect
We never ask for your Social Security number, bank or card details, or loan documents through this site. Please do not send them through a form. The rent vs sell calculator runs in your browser: the figures you enter are not saved or sent.
How we use your information
- To reply to your message and help with the home purchase or sale you asked about.
- To call, text or email you about that inquiry, if you agreed to this on the form.
- To keep a record of inquiries and consent.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.
Calls and text messages
When you tick the consent box, you agree that Justin Vierra may contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and how often we text depends on your conversation with Justin.
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell Justin you would rather not be called. We do not share your mobile number or your text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Every form is emailed to Justin and stored so he can follow up.
Service providers
These companies process your information only to run the site:
- Vercel hosts the site and stores form submissions (United States).
- Resend delivers the notification email to Justin.
- FormSubmit is used only as a backup to deliver that email if the main email service fails.
People you ask us to involve
We share your details with a lender, closing attorney, inspector or other professional only when you ask us to.
When the law requires it
We may disclose information to comply with a legal obligation, to meet real estate record-keeping rules, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries while we are helping you and afterwards for as long as we need them for business records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, and we will unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
Email justin@vierrarealestate.com to see, correct or delete what you sent us, or to stop all contact. Reply STOP to stop texts. We will confirm once it is done.
Children, links and changes
This site is for adults buying or selling a home and is not directed at anyone under 18. Links to other websites, such as Zillow, the IRS or the California Franchise Tax Board, are covered by those sites' own policies. If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.

Do you sell my information?
No. Your details are used only so that Justin Vierra can reply to you and help with your home purchase or sale. They are never sold or shared with anyone for their own marketing.
Will I get texts if I leave my phone number?
Only if you tick the consent box. Justin may then call or text you about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts at any time. The phone field is optional, so you can leave it blank and hear back by email instead.
Does this site use cookies?
Yes. Microsoft Clarity sets first-party cookies to measure how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session replays, with form fields masked). The site runs no advertising trackers. The embedded Google Map on some pages may set Google's own cookies when it loads.
How do I get my details deleted?
Email justin@vierrarealestate.com and ask for your details to be deleted. They will be deleted unless the law requires them to be kept, and you will get a confirmation once it is done.
